Tony nominees Laura Linney, Jeremy Pope and Edie Falco perform in the Manhattan Theater Club’s old friends | New works: an advantage for MTC December 3. Simon Stephens, Elizabeth Strout and Jason Michael Webb join the trio.

The free virtual event airs at 7 p.m. ET on MTC’s YouTube channel; donations of any amount are encouraged to benefit the non-profit theater company Off-Broadway.

Linney earned a 2020 Tony nomination for her performance in Elizabeth Strout’s solo show My name is Lucy Barton, which took place at MTC’s Samuel J. Friedman Theater earlier this year. Pope scored a nod to Tony for his performance in choir boy in 2019, also at the MTC.

The event’s creative team includes video editor David Kane and supervising producer Situation Interactive.
