A spectacular evening of the West End and Broadway’s best-loved musicals, performed by musical theater’s biggest stars, will take place in Liverpool later this month.
Music Of The Night is brought to you by Absolute Opera in association with Bill Elms and returns to the Epstein Theater on Friday, March 25, 2022. The show features the most iconic classic musical theater hits of all time from shows such as Les Miserables, West Side Story, The Lion King and of course The Phantom of the Opera, this magical and enchanting evening is must-do entertainment for all music lovers.
The show returns to Epstein after his many 5-star reviews in 2019 and is hosted and features internationally renowned classical tenor based in Liverpool, Roy Locke, who will be joined by a special guest.
Roy Locke has appeared in some of the most famous musical theater roles of all time and performed on some of the world’s most famous stages including the Paris Opera and Sydney Opera House and starred in some of the most famous musical theater roles of all time, and now brings his passion, expertise and unforgettable voice to the Epstein Theater for just one night.
Her portrayal of the Phantom in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s The Phantom of the Opera has been hailed by theater critics and audiences alike. He went on to play the iconic role globally in three different productions.
International soprano, Leigh Rhianon Coggins has performed with some of the UK’s top opera companies and played Christine Daae on The Phantom Of The Opera’s 25th Anniversary Tour of the UK and Ireland and Cosette on the 25th anniversary of Les Miserables in the UK and Paris, to name but a few.
The two performers have also performed in Opera Beneath The Stars at the Liverpool Theater Festival and in the recent UK tour of children’s opera Hurrah! For The Pirate King.
The show will also feature live music from Music Director, Per Neilsen.
