Grateful Dead guitarist Bob Weir will embark on a 13-city spring tour as Bobby Weir and Wolf Bros. The tour will kick off at the Ryman Theater in Nashville and wrap up March 30 at historic theater in Syracuse.
Weir will be joined by Don Was, Jay Lane and Jeff Chimenti, with special guests The Wolfpack, as well as Barry Sless on pedal steel for this tour. Weir previously performed at the Landmark Theater in 2014 and 2018 with the Wolf Bros., as well as performances with Ratdog. The group was scheduled to tour in 2020 but the concert was delayed by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Bobby Weir and Wolf Bros. are also preparing to release their next album Bobby Weir and Wolf Bros: live in Colorado, which will be their very first vinyl collection of recorded material. The LP will be released on February 18 via Third Man Records.
The pre-sale started on Wednesday, December 15, and the general on-sale is scheduled for Friday, December 19.
